DMCA & Copyright Notice

This notice explains ownership of DigitxlLink website materials, permitted use, and how copyright owners can report claimed infringement involving content on thedigitxllink.com.

Updated May 24, 2026 Applies to thedigitxllink.com

1. Copyright ownership

The DigitxlLink website, branding, text, page layouts, graphics, resources, downloads, images, icons, interface patterns, and other public materials are owned by DigitxlLink LLC or used with permission unless another owner is identified.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Permitted use

You may view, link to, and share public DigitxlLink pages for lawful informational purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, modify, frame, or create derivative works from DigitxlLink materials without written permission, except where allowed by law.

Client-owned materials, audit inputs, project documents, and deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement or project documents.

3. Reporting claimed infringement

If you believe material on digitxllink.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@thedigitxllink.com with enough detail for us to evaluate the claim.

Please include the copyrighted work, the exact URL or location of the material, your contact information, and the statements required for a good-faith copyright complaint.

4. Notice requirements

A complete notice should include the information needed to identify the owner, the work, the challenged material, and the basis for the claim.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  • The exact location of the allegedly infringing material.
  • Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

5. Review process

When we receive a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the material, contact the relevant party, request more information, or take other action we believe is appropriate under the circumstances.

Submitting a false or misleading notice can have legal consequences. Consider speaking with qualified counsel before sending a formal copyright complaint.

6. Counter-notices

If material you submitted is removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice to support@thedigitxllink.com. Include enough information for us to evaluate the dispute and contact you.

DigitxlLink may restore material or decline to restore material depending on the circumstances, applicable law, and risk to the website or business.

7. Permission requests

Requests to reuse DigitxlLink articles, graphics, screenshots, report examples, or training materials can be sent to support@thedigitxllink.com. Permission is not granted unless confirmed in writing.

8. No admission

Responding to a copyright notice, removing material, or declining to remove material does not constitute an admission of liability, ownership, infringement, or the legal sufficiency of any claim.

9. Contact

Copyright notices and permission questions can be sent to DigitxlLink LLC, Copyright Agent, at support@thedigitxllink.com or +1 (214) 751-8847. If a mailed notice is required, email us for current mailing instructions. General website terms are addressed in our Terms of Service.
